  • Floor Plans & Measurements: Floor plans, layouts, and measurements are approximate and subject to change without notice during the design and construction phases by the Developer.

  • Off-Plan Nature: For off-plan properties, the final delivered property may differ from the marketing materials. All features, amenities, and specifications are subject to final approval by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), and the Developer.
